Issue: Blood Shards Shardshot Passive

Reproduce: This is like the spamming Springs Blossom E, you can stack inputs to fire multiple crystals at once using Q/E/Dash/Warcry to fire 5+ Crystals every time, also if there is lag you get more, my highscore is 8 crystals at once.

Issue: Melodic Repose has the iffiest hitbox/aoe ever.. It often fails to hit targets in movement, and the heal tick will randomly 'lag' and stop healing for two seconds, then continue to heal whenever it feels like it.

Reproduce: Use Melodic Repose, especially on a pack of mobs; this is noticed egregiously on packs of mobs, but it'll also fail to proc damage/confuse on a target 3 tiles away in RPB sometimes, especially if they're mid dash. 


I'm not sure if it casts out as a wave and that's why it'll pass over people, or the hitbox only affects random tiles, but it's not very clear..! It almost feels like it's a moving hitbox in regards to the heal, since it'll stop for a brief moment then continue as it was.
