♰ Cursed Blood ♰
How many point their fingers? Murmuring quietly, whispering and spreading such accusations. The only time Esshar bore witness to prominent witchcraft publicly was the reveal of the Red Witch. Fear surfaces, and the Stellus of the True Celestial Church makes a stand on this matter. High Keeper Filia is dragged now, an accusation made by so many from the north, that her blood is that of Amalia Elaide.
A crucifixion is being organized in the little settlement of Nysea. It is within its crevices that an alleged witch was plucked, to be bound at the stake and submerged in ether and holy light. Bear witness to it, what true witchcraft looks like. Holy water gathers, a cross like structure, rope. Stellus Joyau will show everyone the truth.

How a person from a crowd has seen it:
Quote:Filia was brought to a central square of Nysea. She was surprisingly calm, seems like she has accepted her fate. A priest gave a short talk about witches and witch hunting, covered some other religious subjects. That was not like a real court meeting, it was more about execution. She was asked to announce her sins, just like the guilt has already been assumed. More and more people were yelling "Burn witch!", or like that. And those people came to her for advice! I was quite sceptical about that, not a single proof of witchcraft was announced. I was not going to intervene, but I had a feeling, that it is wrong. Filia was tied firmly when Stellus put a unique scepter and holy flame engulfed her body. Filia did not seem to be harmed much by raging fire, but that was not the most pleasant experience for her. I think, she was pretty confused. One knight tried to rush for save, but he got stopped by crowd. After that a priest poured water from a vial blessed by Maltziel. At first igniting - then extinguishing. Smart move. When it was over, Filia stood in front of crowd practically unharmed; her dress had some burns, but in some moments she walked to her home and that knight followed her. Must be a husband, or something like that.
So, Filia was proven not to be a witch and Stellus announced it. Heh, I was sure about this before. I saw how she had supported warriors before siege... witches don't act like that.
Stellus is a determined one, if he is not afraid to apply a torment to his close companion.
