Within the walls of the broken Osrona, and their camps. All the way to Theria, Alabastre, and even Ilburg.  There have been signs subtly pinned around. Whoever wrote the parchment would be unknown. However, there would be a small envelope next to the posting. As if anyone who was interested- should reply with parchment. 

Another option being, look around for someone who might resemble a 'Lady Nightmare.'
