Shields should be reworked. I like the new conjurer skill and I think it's neat. However...
I think all shields should be treated similarly. They should have HP. And they should take like, 30%, 40% off the damage you take. And translate it to the shields HP. When the shield no longer has health, it breaks. And then the CDs on them strt. Only after breaking.
Magic Capacity should be the stat that determines shield health.
Give me a tanky meta.
