staff member can flag any spell as unrefundable when they give sigs out, just make sure they do it when u get it back

Describe the issue: Undying passive gives no stats!

How to reproduce: Ask an admin to see if you can get it, after doing some questing realize your stats are lower!

didn't test too much, but I'm pretty sure Dex stance isn't taking a master token.

Either that, or I secretly have 3 master tokens like a mf master avatar

Describe the issue: Mighty Blow doesn’t refund a mastery token when it is refunded.

How to reproduce: Buy Mighty Blow. Refund it. Try to buy a different mastery spell. Stare as it says you don’t meet the requirements to purchase it.

The update just came through which made blood whip properly gcd, tested it again it still has the other two issues 

Describe the issue: blood whip only applies rot once to a target,  at least on dummies.

How to reproduce: use blood whip multiple times on the same target

It appears the other issue is fixed now,  however blood whip still only applies once

Issue: Scald removes any alpha reduction (example: illusion aura) when the effect is over, turning one fully visible again

How to reproduce: Buy Scald, Buy Illusion aura, Toggle Illusion aura, cast Scald.

Describe the issue: The option to remove a relationship via the Relationship Spell does not actually remove the relationship.

How to reproduce: Activate the Relationship Spell, Select "Remove", Select Relationship to Remove, Select "OK", Activate the Relationship Spell again, Select "View", Check Relationship List if previously selected relationship was removed.
