Azalea Aubreen

The daughter of Carnation Aubreen and Tamerath, Azalea has become one and the same with Solais - The Tree of Hope and Life alongside Eleos Lux Aurea. She is known as Alacritas' Radiant, the Voice of Life, Keeper of Solais and most recently the Maiden of Spring after laying claim to the Echo of Amiers' abandoned realm.
Such a realm is now known as the Garden of Eternal Blossoms, the Heroes Grave where those who have fought well for life and hope may seek to rest peacefully inside. Blossoming heroes can even request Springs' guidance and assistance, should it be required.
During the Ritual of Life, Hope, and Harmony in the year 2106AC, there was a massive gathering of faithful in order to empower Solais and Azalea both. Involved was the invoking, and usage, of Aschea's final breath; to call upon the scattered pieces of her that remained whilst taking a bite of a fruit that held Aschea's mana. In doing so, the ancient aether gathered within the once-hamadryad, and an heir to Aschea herself had been found.
Harmony, in this moment, was felt throughout all of the land. An Aspect and Embodiment of this newfound magic, or perhaps buried magic, whilst retaining Aschea's place as Balance.
The Goddess of Harmony and Balance was born in this action.
Rumors[edit]
The validity of these claims is up to speculation.
- There are some varied, hushed whispers that indicate Azalea may be directly related to Misfortune.
- A few souls have come to claim her as a living Goddess under the name Korëtheia. What she thinks of this is truly unknown, though she has come to teach them the tenets of Alacritas.
- The sakura tree in the center of her realm constantly pulses life throughout what had once simply been rock and space.
- A bird's call in the Garden or in front of Solais can summon the Maiden should she be required.
- No one seems to know whether to call her a fae or not, all that is known is that since receiving effective immortality and ascension has her mindset slowly begun to change from what it was originally.
Lorekeeper - OOC[edit]
This is a lorekeeper: A character played by a DM that has an active role in the world. They are different from standard PCs as follows,
- Cannot join raids unless they're specifically a target; this includes all offensive battles.
- Cannot intervene through combat to prevent a capture or be intervened on.
- Should avoid roaming the map if it could potentially lead to hostilities unless disguised.
- Can host mini-events, spawn items, etc, with GM supervision. Also acts as a mentor figure and gateway to potential magic or plot hooks.
- Can kill / be a threat, but should do so with good reason and at a high standard.
