Spell Balance Suggestions
Spell: Flying Kick

Suggestion: Please make flying kick more useful! Right now it's like... literally another tackle. I think it has a slow chance(?) but the slow only lasts for a split second so it really doesn't actually do anything.


I don't mind it being a skillshot but it honestly feels embarrassingly bad. A slight buff would be appreciated.

The same way energy/occult/holy shield can't be bought together, scales should follow the same rule. It's the same spell. Fighting a Drakanite with an aura that gives as much as a hidden (10% AP 10% DR) and also has a passive effect on dash, making it better than a master-level hidden, does not have to also be painful because they rotate between shields and have literally 58% DR all fight without investing a single point in mana.

Bonds of Blood / Ruby Bloodstones Lifedrain

I fear over time that certain things have been nerfed due to being coupled with other things which have now been respectively nerfed, pairings which made certain other things 'OP.' One of those things namely being the Bonds of Blood healing passive. IMO, it is very lackluster in comparison to other healing trees. As you can see in the preview attached, every tick, even those which come with landing my strongest techniques, won't pass ~100 ticks. Furthermore, the second tick you see is from the Blood Crystal aura, it's 10% lifedrain passive. Several ticks of 10 and such, which while some might say 'they add up.' no, they really don't.. not in the face of most burst damage in this game easily surpassing 6k+. It'd take me an entire RPB, and some luck, to out-heal even one technique from a burst build. Very lack-luster imo, wasn't the issue to begin with. Perhaps worth taking a look at!

Look at my health in this preview, it almost never budges despite my gimmick being lifesteal healing. u_u

connor was right tonight when he said energy burst shouldn't stun people for 2-3 seconds allowing for another spell to hit your enemy.

I agree with him completely that it should be nerfed.

I agree with him completely that it should be nerfed.

Wanted to talk about that earlier yesterday. I agree with this. Especially with metal being nerfed for having too long of stuns and roots when that's metal's gimmick.  Metal doesn't do anything dmg wise. I think crushing iron should at least do a bit more dmg or get a bit longer stun time. 
Energy burst does a lot of dmg and stuns and pushes you away. Lining up for a beam that can be shot further away.

Mistform+Guardian.

When you use guardian and then mistform, it has this nice (probably unintended) little interaction of you taking zero damage, but still getting healed the 20% mitigation from guardian while you are in mistform. I'd like to suggest a nerf to myself and make it so mist form can not be used if guardian is active. it feels very cheesy to guardian, then if someone unloads their burst on you, hitting mistform and getting nothing but healing from it.

So this might make some of you mad. I think miasma and blood whip should have their rpp costs switched. Miasma is honestly one of the worst spells in the tree and blood whip is so good. It only makes since that the better spell costs more. At the very least I think whip should cost fifteen rpps total rather than ten. Maybe give a buff to miasma if it's cost doesn't change.

rot is -10% DR and -10% AP to your opponent
you don't use miasma for damage, you use miasma to make everything else better while simultaneously making your opponent weaker

Ik how the spell works. My previous statement still applies about blood whip on making it cost more. Another reason why is because if you decide miasma isn't good for your build but need the intermediates then ultimately you end up spending 55rpps. Five extra because you need to buy the opener, the aura, bonds, blood bomb, the whip.  While you can just not buy blood bomb and whip and miasma instead to have access.
