Character: Eliza

Which Event: To find a Legacy

Responsiveness: A good pace, nothing too horribly long, pieces were added for each character, events and actions taken into consideration.

Balance: Fighting the Ent was tough... FIGHTING THE DULLAHAN WAS INSANE! But it was balanced for who we were, I just didn't have the bar set out for it it. Balanced for what the fight was, and very cool.

Storytelling:  It was short and sweet, and left plenty to be looked into for a follow up! As well, it had a few twists and ability for actions to be taken and used, even helped us avoid one potential fight.

Fairness: Good Rewards for a good fight. Injured.... but alive! Rolled okay, went down 5 times, a -5 vit perm is very fair in my book.

Overall: Nicely done, a solid job. Would  do so again!

Which Event: To find a Legacy (part 1!)

Responsiveness: 10/10 Very quick and well written responses, very little down time.

Balance: 10/10 It felt like a low chance of death event, as it should've. Properly balanced for the RPL of the attending characters.

Storytelling: 10/10 Painted a scene well and it was always clear what was going on and what needed to be done.

Fairness: 10/10 No targeting any specific characters or anything. The rolls were fair, as were the consequences.

Overall: 10/10 Thanks for hosting!

Character: Ariels Kasca

Which Event: A Night At The Opera

Responsiveness: 10/10 Narrations came at a perfectly reasonable pace and responded well to our inputs. Felt like everyone was appropriately responded to and included every time.

Balance: 10/10 We struggled to varying degrees on all 3 fights, nearly lost the finale, someone almost died. As a HCOD should be! Almost every round felt very close. Intense shit.

Storytelling: 10/10 I knew I was in for a good time with how they seemed very interested in the concept of the event and boy did they deliver. Pain and suffering in spades, seeds of potential conflict sewn in the party, a possibility for a part 2 and tons of callbacks to our pasts, even stuff that wasn't expected. Man did his homework on us. It was fun, very personal to almost all of our ICs (one person was a last minute substitute so this is more than fair to only hit 4/5).

Fairness: 10/10 Similar to my statements on balance. I think everyone got useful rewards and well suited to what they actually needed in terms of their own dev/progression that justified the risks. (Again, except for our substitute, but that can't be helped.)

Overall: 10/10 Would genuinely be thrilled with them running all my events in the future.

Which Event: A Night at the Opera

Responsiveness: 10/10 Even though I came in as a plus one, and was not accounted in the planning, I felt like each and every single one of my actions was accounted for, and it felt nice to be acknowledged in the narrates whenever I tried to do something - no matter how small it was.

Balance: 10/10
I HATE PRISON OF PAIN. I HATE PRISON OF PAIN. I HATE PRISON OF PAIN. Jokes aside, I've got no complaints, only praise. After the event I had the chance to talk with Dix, and only then did I realize how much attention and effort he puts into his events, from the narrations to the fights, especially the fights - I think it's fair to say we've all had a blast, the fights were challenging, they were a pain in the ass, but in a good way, Dix managed to keep us in toes, it was very, very challenging, I can't stress that enough, fitting for a HCOD, but it was far from being impossible.

Storytelling:
10/10 I've loved every single part of it, but the ending, man, it was perfect. I can't wait for PART TWO.

Fairness: 10/10 Not much to say here, really. Based off what I saw, everyone (except me, of course) got something that had a lot to deal with their IC, but to be honest, I'm happy with what I got, it was a nice surprise.

Overall: 10/10 Would love to have you as a DM again.

Which Event: A Night At The Opera

Responsiveness: 10/10 You know, I - enjoyed it. VERY MUCH, felt like everybody got their slice of this cheese and it was delightful to read the narrations, Very well made!

Balance: 10/10 It felt like really fitting for the event, actually perfectly fitting. The challenge was for our level of combat, it wasn't about everybody take the boss down and that's it. A few was knocked in the ground, and others lasted longer having an epic 1v1... That really felt challenging. Perfectly balanced.

Storytelling: 10/10 Imagine going back to your childhood. Have your mind being played. See stuff that happened in your own life, work around your trauma. This man can dedicate his time to work around this stuff, he really do his homework and even do more. So for real? One of the best DMs I had so far.

Fairness: 11/10 Good RP. Good fights. Excellent Impact. Wonderful rewards. What can I say?

Overall: 10/10 I wish... I wish you grab my events in the future... Please do... Because I know it will be in good hands... .... ...

Character: Benjamin Thomson

Which Event: A Night At The Opera

Responsiveness: 10/10 | When you have a DM that already comes prepared with a starting narration, you can know you'll have an attentive DM.

Balance: 10/10 | HCOD, and it was challenging as one would expect without relying on hyper focusing on one the party members to force them down as one might fear. The threat of death was there, with any time you get knocked down felt earned by the boss.

Storytelling: 10/10 | He asked us in advance if we are okay with the event going crazy with +18 stuff, we said okay, and he delivered on it very early on! He also took into account our characters' traumas into the event, making the scene more personal for everyone involved - Yes, even the one who ended up joining the event last minute, having them be addressed by the ECs in the narration.

Fairness: 10/10 | I believe I touched about it already in Balance. Throughout the fight, there wasn't any reliance on cheap tactics by the EC that would've felt too difficult or uncompromising to deal with. They fought with 'phases' in between too, that if you were attentive enough you could figure out a way around them.

Overall: 10/10 | I now know who to ask first should I make an event for myself  Wink

Character: Metta

Which Event: Return of The Defiant One

Responsiveness: 10/10 He had the narrations prepared unless there were alterations that needed to be made.

Balance: 10/10 Considering that it was Hel, this was perfectly fine. The final battle was a pain in my ass and I had music blaring while screaming my head off to get through it.

Storytelling: 9/10 I'm giving this one less than 10 mostly because we didn't get to fully explore things due to time constraints and server instability, after the event I was told what was supposed to happen and I was saddened that we did not get to reach the entirety of what was planned. However, he made up for it by adapting the best he could.

Fairness: 10/10 There a time where a bug happened and evaporated one of my party members in the HP region. He took notice of this and said for that specific person, their down counter was not going to count THAT one. Secondly, one of our party members lagged off the face of the planet mid battle, he decided to go a bit easier considering that we had just lost one. I felt the injuries made sense, though I rolled super lucky when I needed to so rose tinged glasses I guess.

Overall: 9.5/10 Dix has always been a good DM that's wanted to give a challenge when said challenge was presented. There was odd instances in the event that he had to make calls on and adjusted accordingly. And there were interactions that a few of us thought were fun whilst being short. He's the type that tries his hardest to give you what you ask for, and if not then he'll do what he can to give you a better alternative. For this, as well as being the DM to step up and take on such an event is what I appreciate him for. It's also the reason why he's the first one I'll ask at any given time.

Which Event: Return of The Defiant One

Responsiveness: 10/10 He was really quick with it, usually by the time the last person rped he was ready with the narrate

Balance: 10/10 Man said this would be really high COD, MAN MEANT IT! I got really lucky with some dice- but others did not. No death though, always bar recover.

Storytelling: 10/10 I am not taking points from him for this- it was another player that took us a bit off course and they did really good to get us back on track within the timeframe we had. We also had some pretty fun moments, and for the non demons? We really felt like we were in hel!

Fairness: 10/10 He was a menace but a good one. Watching your friend getting DELETED on accident from full hp and having him go 'that was too much, that does not count' was super nice of him. (Make no mistakes, we all walked away injured)

Overall: This was a really fun event, I wish we had a bit more time to wander- but when you get a late start on things, I am more than happy with what we got to do.

Other: I asked the DM to kill me multiple times, he did not! WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN!

Character: Margot Mikos
Which Event: To Seek a Cure

Responsiveness: 10/10 I have no complaints about the response times, everything was overall pretty concise and it felt like what everyone was doing was taken into account. Even to the degree of indulging the small details in the narrates (Like Fantasy enjoying her juicebox.)

Balance: 9.5/10 There was the great Howl of the Banshee incident of 2110, but it wasn't terrible otherwise. It was just a learning moment, and it's not as if it killed anyone. It was a funny moment if nothing else, the only thing I would point out would be aoe stacking near corners but it's just a small picky complaint. Otherwise though power and health were balanced well, and it was ultimately outcomes that were determined by the effort of the group and you can't really ask for more than that.

Storytelling: 11/10 I want to give all the points here, you took what little bit of history I gave and made it something genuinely immersive for Margot as a character. There were hard choices that had to be made, that could've ended in her death or potentially the deaths of her friends. I appreciate how it has likely affected Margot's character for life, and I thank you for it.

Fairness 10/10 For the rewards and risks involved, I don't see any issues here at all. There was a chance for more at the risk of a high price, but sometimes it's a bigger reward to bring your friends back home safely. Even so, what we did get was more than enough.

Overall: 10.5/10 Overall it was a really nice event, and I felt like you really did something for Margot as a whole aside from just spending time to cash out on a reward. She will never forget the good doctor who was forced to walk so she may now run... or breathe.

Any other comments: Thank you Dix, I appreciate your effort and time <3.
