Violet Valentine is a young girl, raised in Osrona to a single father- the owner of a tavern.
Due to an unknown trauma, she was blinded. Due to an inability to help her father, she was locked in an attic for several years as time went on.
She was freed when her father suffered a heart attack, causing local medics to locate her. She was too old for the foster-care system, so she was left with his inheritance and his tavern.
Under the supervision of a blind girl, the tavern quickly failed. The building remained despite the unpaid lot fees, leading to it being her home for several years.
Since then, her situation has improved considerably, but her disability still stands in the way of her making progress.
Recently, she's discovered a wellspring of Mana inside of her, though the source is unknown, since she never had any magical circuits to begin with...
She's recently received dreams of a wide, expansive forest that devours anyone who dares to get close to it.
