"Fallen warriors of Moxtli... I will not let your sacrifice go in vain."

The year 1809AC marks the start of new developments on Starfall Island. Following the aftermath of war between Moxtli and Achyon, the southern portion of Starfall was left in shambles. The Iyali made no delays in moving in with its construction company and a large security detail to block the entrances of the island. While tribesmen spent time cleaning up debris from the multiple battles that took place recently, architects planned and discussed how to use this newly acquired land efficiently. As the head of Starfall public relations, Yaluk Ixtan sends out a call for potential students and teachers, officially opening academy applications.

Yaluk Ixtan:

The construction of Starfall Academy has begun. Brick by brick our people will create a sanctuary for students seeking to gain knowledge in peace and teachers looking to spread their teachings in a safe environment. I'm proud to announce that this facility will be bigger than any other public Moxtli infrastructure built thus far.

I invite young knowledge seekers and teachers to contribute their time for the development of our youth. Away from danger, the tomorrow of Esshar will be able to socialize with itself and learn how to control its magic under a controlled environment. I told you that I am not doing this for profit, and I am a man of my word. There will be no fee to enroll.

Student and teacher applications are officially open.

This is merely a glimpse of what Starfall Island has to offer. More projects are underway. Please, take the time to read all the plans I have for Starfall Academy. When it is officially built, I will make an announcement.

Public Starfall Academy Plans:

There will be interior dormitories, which are less expensive. Exterior dormitories will be for richer students.

There will be a student body council with an elected student body president.

There will be regular field trips to help students engage in interactive learning. (Events)

There will be regular competitions between different classes, with fancy rewards.

There will be student run clubs with full freedom to do what they want, independent from Starfall Academy.

Academy clubs can only be joined through invitation from the academy.

There will be a plethora of classes ranging from Spirit Dancing to Martial Arts to Religious Studies.

There will be a public library interested students can use to learn whatever they want.

Following the recent deaths of Itzul and Di'or, Moxtli has converted its claim on Starfall into a militaristic outpost, hostile toward anyone not with the Tribes or the Fireblooded. What was once a small security detail has become a significant tribal presence on the island- Moxtli choosing to delegate a good amount of tribesmen to its frontlines.

There has not been a statement from the Council, but this is very clearly an act of war.

Plans to create an academy have fallen through after Moxtli's upper echelon attacked Osronan leadership following a peaceful meeting turned sour.
