Description:

- All non-hostile nations will be afforded a steady stream of mercenary assistance, to help bolster economic endeavors via the protection of caravans across Meranthe, with heavy focus towards trade with Antefinem directly.
(Antefinem will sell Influence at a rate of: 1 influence per 14 coins [After 50% Reduction])
- All allied nations with officially recognized trade agreements will be afforded economic protections at discounted rates.
(Antefinem will sell Influence at a rate of: 1 influence per 11 coins [After 50% Reduction])

Antefinemite Troops will be routinely sent on patrol to secure safe passage from potential interceptors of seafaring traders to, and across the mainland upon its southern coastline.

The Fair Trial Bill

Description: 

All captured criminals will be promptly sentenced with an established and defined crime, associated with both time in captivity and labor. Criminals will be bestowed rights as citizens under prisoner limitation and be freed only if their time in captivity has elapsed, they are proven innocent post-sentence (with compensation), the local public votes on their release, they are pardoned, or have perished during captivity.

The Fair Rights Bill

Description: 

All criminal activity (whether intentional or negligent) committed against nonmagus persons shall be treated as a criminal act imparted upon a magus equivalent, no matter the severity of the act. The presence of active magus magic, miasmas and auras of malefic, obstructive, or otherwise disruptive nature are banned from use in public setting, outside of a controlled magus arena. This includes, but is not limited to the open use of elemental, elemental-adjacent and ether-based magics.
