Alchemical resources are respawning abnormally fast. Steps to reproduce?

Pick up a any regent and wait a minute it'll respawn instantly. except for fae powder (atm?)

Describe the issue: Giant form is currently a basic all giants can buy. While I like seeing the large sprite, I'm not sure this is how it's supposed to be.

Describe the issue:
Having 50 RP spent in Air Magic does not allow you to pick up Tornado (Intermediate Air Spell) or Shockwave (Intermediate Air Spell). Most likely cause is that Whims of Wind (New Basic Air Spell) not counting towards the 50 RP.

How to reproduce:
Get a high enough RPL to put in 50 RP in Air Magic, making sure to grab Whims of Wind. Then attempting to learn either Tornado or Shockwave and getting denied.

Get a high enough RPL to put 50 RP in Air Magic, avoiding Whims of Wind. Then attempting to learn either Tornado or Shockwave.

Describe the issue: Apparently, the spawns (or, at least aphros') are on Z-level 8 instead of Z-level 1

How to reproduce: Create a character, check /coords. I spawned in Aphros, so this issue may be exclusive to, well, Aphros, but once I entered and exited a cave I got put on z-level 1- where it appears that all the shops and other things are.

Describe the issue:
H, J, and a handful of other keys are assigned to actions that are not re-assignable via the key mapping menu, meaning that they can't be used for anything else.

How to reproduce:
Press F12 and click any action, before trying to assign the H or J key to those actions.

There's no normal merchant (the one you can sell shit to & buy starter weapons) in Delphina. That's it that's the issue
