Rolling vines spell deleted without getting refund of Spell points.

Before the new change, I had rolling vines, deadly bloom, and mandrakes for my spells of nature as I was saving up for int. With new changes, rolling vines was deleted from my entire spell list without giving me points back

Bug: If you owned blood siphon before the tree change you currently cannot refund it with a mana amnesia.

Bug: Rolling vines is 10 rpp, for a sub-tree opener.

Proof: Down here?

P.s: I'm not sure if it's just a visual or if its intended to be 10 rpp? If so can we make all sub-trees openers 10 rpp

Describe the issue: When you * to rp in the say box it does not show up in the side text wall, nor does it show up in logs. 

So when you *sit down, it only pops up above your head. That's it.

Blood pall seems to be using the wrong recolors for humans. Unsure if it's different for other races.

Describe the issue: vaccum vortex's damage only ticks once if you land it in front of someone!

How to reproduce: try landing vaccum vortex. notice it only does 16sd when face to face. cry

Vine whip still doesn't stun

Cast vine whip on target
The target received damage and some sort of lingering dot but no crowd control at all.

Bug: Retainers don't actually learn the skill after selecting one to be taught, even after several years pass.

How to reproduce: Pick a spell for your retainer to learn, wait a year for them to learn it, weep after they don't learn it.
