Describe the issue:  When you look at the details of an apartment room, it says upfront cost is 500 coins. However, when you go to 'occupy' the room, it says 600 coins.

How to reproduce: Just try to buy a room in Ye Olde Frozen Grape.

That building is one of the pre-mapped houses and had all kinds of weirdness going on since game start if it helps.

tested setting race to batkin (lowercase)
nothing.

tested setting race to Batkin (captial B)
nothing.

Other people reported this too, even did lowercase bat and uppercase Bat.
