Name of Establishment: (Name Pending) Academy

Building Purpose: A use for teaching students for different subjects.

Area Description: A place of learning, built by the denizens of Osrona for the teaching and the betterment of future Magi and Studies of the Magical arts. Be it Strong, Weak, or Non-Magi. There will be something that everyone can learn and understand from the Fundamentals or more Practical lessons. Founded by Xyth, he looks to teach more students about the future they can choose to make and the mistakes and history of the world with other teachers to ensure a better Esshar.

Characters Involved: The Church of Three, Xyth, Romani, and a few others.

Map Progress / Plans: I would like to make this, but the plans for this building should be a generalized use of Teaching for the school for all of Esshar to attend. The war fighting is for the adults. The Children should study and learn from the adult's mistakes. Better Students mean a Better Esshar. 



Extra: I think having a Hogwarts kind of system where there are four factions in the school based off the Coalition's own Factions: Osrona, Theria, Alabaste, and Ilburg. Though im just naming those because we cant use Demons here and its waaaaay to iffy for Nysea people. But if there is room for them then its: Osrona, Theria, Alabaste/Ilburg (because they are virtually similar *kinda*) and Nysea.

Name of Establishment: The Irradiated Shrine.

Building Purpose: A place of worship for Jiuweihu. One where Yoshiko can rebuild what was the Illuminated starting with a shrine for the religion itself or any related.

Area Description: A shrine dedicated to, Jiuweihu. A place of worship that radiates a calm and warm aura to whoever comes near. Those that step foot near the shrine are welcomed by the Sun's rays and sounds of flowing water can be heard from within. This place just feels organic and natural. Founded by Yoshiko Taiyang in [Insert YEAR date here].

Map Progress / Plans: I would personally like it right here in the back of Starfall in this space. I know there is a reagent spawn here but it's rare so it's whatever. It'd also be nice if there was a pathing up to here instead of the building just being plopped down on the grass. I want it to be cute...

The Shrine in question I was hoping to be one of the shrines that were in Huangzhou for the Illuminated. I'm not sure if it still exists but if it is, then that's great! It can be a more updated version too with a few rooms within that people could buy/rent. I'm fairly positive the Illuminated shrine had a large bath in the center and whatnot. You get the idea..!

Name of Establishment: Church of Celestialism

Building Purpose: A place in which thoughts who seek to study the Faith of Celestialism and attune themselves with the stars. This would be the beginning of where Waylan attempts to create a Church that won't lost within time again, something that will remain and stand strong

Area Description: A Church dedicated to Celestialism. A place of worship, a cooling breeze pressing against your face on the ceiling lies a mural of the lion of Leonaus baring every star from each branch and their respective colors.

Map Progress / Plans: 
I think this area where Nysea's tower still is would be a good place to build seeing as it's still within the area of Myllenoris, but no directly within the city. If  the tower can't be removed I'd gladly pick another location , but this one seems like a perfect fit and easily accessible to everyone. I don't know if you want to leave the tower, but it can be placed on the beach if that's a little better >--<

The Church I'd say would be a standard one, not something overly large though I'd like the Church to have access to a few rooms as well as the outside having gates that are two different entrances. I'd like the Church to give off Celestial  vibes and if possible have one of those huge stones stars placed into the Church..... >--<

Name of Establishment:
Maeyomi's Humble Hatchling Monastery

Building Purpose:
Maeyomi's young, and she can see the hatchlings aren't too far from that, but are left in the cold only guarded.  But, these are young of their lord, and she seeks to build around them, to make a small shed for her operations in-which she can stay and store what when she needs to tend them as well as a small garden around them.  To grow treats for the young wyrms, and raise a small structure beneath them akin to a sort've shrine.  The idea in my mind's a small shelter for them if the winds were harsh, plan is to build around and not disrupt them.

She's too young to make the pilgrimage to see her lord, but in her business ventures hopes to raise the money capable of doing this, that she may serve both the father of dragons, and her lord who lingers deep in the mountain; however, doing so by serving their youngest kin.  In the end its purpose is to help her tend them to the best of her ability.  The structure providing a base of operations to those who'd be willing to help tend them as well. (I hope to offer this space also to others committed to the cause as well)

People who want to serve dragons can do so by coming here and offering their services for fluff RP. (without just being out in the middle of nowhere) Be it by offering them tribute in loot, wares, food, care, and even just by helping out with some of the many duties required of Mae to maintain it daily. (the ultimate goal being to draw some attention to the spot, and sprawl some RP with people also interested in the idea of helping care for the hatchlings)

Area Description:
Where the hatchlings reside, a guard npc with the 'buff-soldier' vendor-appearence a few paces north of them.  Iconic NPC landmark in Theria, it's been around for a while.  Up some ways from Theria nowadays, with one green and red dragon hatchling snoozing.

We could also really use the help raising the funds, so DM for that as well, if you have any desire there.  A post should be public regarding the query for IC-motivation if you have any desire to help. (updates will be released on progress daily if it even takes that long)

2.) A small place to farm. (the size matters less, since it's more fluff, though the more I can have to use the better ^-^)
3.) A perch, with the fireblooded tenants engraved into it. (pure fluff, but the impact is in the meaning behind it)
-Maybe the basic dragon statues just beneath it for flare and decor...
4.) Instead of the sole 1 'Buff-Soldier' (NPC guardian x1) 2 more 'Soldier' (NPC Guardian x3) nearby helping guard.
5.) Some dragon-esk decor to make it hopefully look aesthetically pleasing as a setting for RP.

OOC:  Spoken with Milly and gotten their aid for mapping it.  With Revan's permission and own contributions to the project, I'll have Theria's leader's blessing to go through with it.  All the while, I'm working to amass the funds necessary. (not sure yet what I'll need to pay, but whatever it takes, I'd just like to pursue this if possible)

Name of Establishment: House of Wonders

Building Purpose: This is but a simple shop serving coffee and tea, though rumors have it that it holds many secrets and that some lucky few exit the place with wondrous objects of all kinds.

Area Description: Located in the shack by Baleford Bridge, one would quickly realize that there is far more room inside of the shack than it seems from the outside. A counter welcomes people inside the cafe with many stools awaiting people. Tables and seats fill the edges of the room nicely. A wooden door leads to the backroom, which opens up way bigger than any outside would suggest, likely from having been dug underground. It reveals a small path surrounded by grass leading up to a large residence. Within the residence itself is where the owner grows his own ingredients, and lives, and also hides his vast fortune. An underground manor of sorts.

Characters Involved: Kofe. Everyone else is GONE.
Map Progress / Plans: I'll bother Milly to do it if it gets approved. It really just needs some interior mapped since the outside is already there. I plan on using this to redistribute anything I won't use myself and because I am so tired of being moved around on the map.
