Name of Establishment:
The Machinaeum Manor

Building Purpose: Providing a safe workspace for crafters away from the turbulence of war, a home away from strife, a launchpad for the mysterious Director's plans, and a new base of operations for the nearly destroyed order of Knights, the Glittering Hues.

Area Description: Nestled within the forests of the virgin island, the manor is seemingly built with nature, vines and trees running against the solid stonework of the stately mansion. It's the product of years worth of work from multiple craftsmen and merchants, artificers and alchemists. All sourcing funds from their businesses, and the efforts of a nearly defunct order of Knights. All hopeful that this small bastion will give them the means to impact the world in the way they want...and make some coin as well. Particularly after the expenses involved with constructing the bridge that allowed stone from Osrona's quarry to be brought in, or bringing the supplies over via ship-born methods.

Characters Involved: Azni Bliksim, Amaruq, Mauve Justice, Gryndiel (Rainbow Justice), Baron (Opal Justice), as well as more members of the Glittering Hues, and several more that wish to remain anonymous (including the Director).  

Map Progress / Plans: Not currently mapped out, but here's the location we're currently looking at and where we're wanting the bridge;

If the bridge isn't palatable, a boat warper in the same location would also work. Whichever is better works for us. Hoping for a walled in mansion, with room for expansion into a proper village eventually. We have several artificers, an Earth and Metal magi, as well as several water and ice magi...we'll probably be able to handle construction and supply movement. Will discuss more details with whoever is interested in helping to map.

The building is already made, just looking to upgrade it with more rooms and an upgraded area with more space. Plus, the outside being upgraded to show off a bit more greenery, a fence to show off the area of what is the property and what's not. Not to mention to give a better aesthetic pleasure.

Name of Establishment: Moxtli Homes
Building Purpose: The purpose of this is to add more homes within Moxtli that have
gardening space. Despite it being a place of nature there are very few in its claim! We have a small group of people living in tents beneath the lake, thus I think it's high time we plop down a few houses.

Area Description: I think one of these two locations would be good for a couple of houses with farms.

Name of Establishment: The Wanderer's Outpost

Building Purpose: To be the home of the Vanirhallan group which arrived to Esshar.

Area Description: Southwest of Esshar's Desert, next to the sea. A proper outpost for our kind to arrive and feel right at home- Despite the warmth of the desert.

PS: Could also be a 'boat' into the sea, as if the Vanirhallans decided to take an island that is close to the continent instead of building it there. Could also help for when we get more members to expand it. If it's an island, it would make the mapper job's easier in the future.

Characters Involved: Siegmund Rune, Revna Hartvigsen, Sigrid Regin, Bodil, Ragnhild Gunnr. [There are a few others, that will be making their IC's really soon. Didn't mention their names here due to them not mechanically existing at this exact moment.]

Map Progress / Plans: We sadly don't know how to map properly, so it would be greatly appreciated to have a mapper help us with it. Both Avee and Ludster showed interest on mapping for us once we get approved! Shouldn't be anything fancy, a simple house placement that could fit 7 to 10 people with a few boxes here and there.

Blue Lion Academy
"Ad astra per aspera!"

Name of Establishment: Blue Lion Academy

Building Purpose: The Blue Lion Academy will contain the best in the brightest in all of Esshar, bringing in people from all over Mu to learn the ways of magic, and to perhaps unravel the great mysteries of our time. The limit is the collective willpower of the students to learn and create change. The capacity of youth to invigorate all of Esshar to seek knowledge. The creativity of the teachers and the students is the limit of this majestic facility.

Area Description: Starfall Island. A massive building, the Academy will appear more as a small town, though this is not to be mistaken. It is but a singular structure, it's capacity so magnificent to breathe majesty and vigor within the youth. There will be shops, a place to gather, a place to rest, a place to study, a place of mystery, a place of darkness, a place of light, a place in between things, below things, above things. A place of magic.

Name of Establishment: Murtock’s Wharf


Building Purpose: Due to recent outside interest being brought towards the Deep Company’s shores - alongside a heavy amount of new recruits - the pirates have seen it fit to establish some maritime infrastructure upon the coasts of Siren Beach. To do so they intend to build an actual dockyard with a warehouse upon the southern coast, ideally with a series of shoddy cottages befitting a Lovecraftian fishing hamlet so my not cultists and crew members have a place to commit black sacraments in a domestic setting.


Area Description: Spanning southwards from the Reef would be a dockyard created from requisitioned lumber from the nearby forest and wrecked ships alike. There will be a spot for the Pauper’s Bride to refuel and repair alongside a spot for another ship. Among either the north shores or the northern stretch of the docks there will be a few houses for the crew to own, perhaps a warehouse for St. Valentines day Massacres and drug production.

We can afford 200K, but I’m unclear on how sizes for expansions would work cause I specifically DON’T want Siren Beach to become an actual city. More of a thieves’ landing deal, maybe a casino in the long term for five finger filet.

  • Name of Establishment: Easy Street

  • Area Description: Pressed against the harsh shores and battered by the sea, stands a brand new, gleaming structure. A mansion, the product of years of work proudly daring the sea to take it. But despite it's gleaming nature, it almost seems to blend in with the surrounding woods. Created from the ground up to cause as little impact on the lands as possible...nature magi having even been employed to entwine it with the mansion itself. The distant din of machinery from within the great structure's gullet betraying it's true purpose as a place of industry and innovation.

    And stretching out from it like the strands of a spider's web are a series of landings and docks starting to circle out from the building. Gleaming metal with rocky stone, the natural leanings of the mansion creeping even into the highly artificial docks, and the buildings atop them. And indeed...made to be a home and even town to the workers who call both the mansion and shipyards home, the place bustles with activity. The scent of food from the pub mixing with the salt air. And the distant din of music colliding with the happy chattering of people, and the cursing of sailors hard at work. The corporate undertones are felt everywhere however...advertisements blending with the natural environment, merchants pervading the newly born village in a market who's heart beats as strong as any...

    It's just like the fliers say. There's no place in Esshar like Easy Street.

  • Laws: A 'standard' set of laws govern the corporate village. Laws likely copied mostly over from Osrona...though there seems to be less regulation of businesses. Practically none beyond a few curtesy regulations seemingly.

  • Religion: No particular religion is allowed or outlawed. Though two exceptions are made; one in the case of anything which might harm spirits or the natives of the village. And another in the case of Witches. Both explicitly barred from the mansion and town, with harsh punishments for either if discovered. And there can be a notable following of natural spirits in the small community, seemingly softly encouraged by it's leaders.

  • Map Progress / Plans: The map is currently unfinished and unworked on. With no mapper having shown particular interest as of this writing. We plan on a single large structure on actual land (the mansion) on the coast of this area featured below, with structures spanning out into the water via 'docks' A nice mainstreet/central market would be nice given the fluff/thematics;

Future expansions are planned out onto the sea, with solarpunk/fantasy aesthetics in mind. 60k Coin is ready to be invested in a starting settlement, which we intend on growing from there. Which feels more appropriate than a large sum all at once.

Name of Establishment: Blessed Scale Refuge

Building Purpose: To serve as an orphanage ICly, providing housing and an RP opportunity for characters under 18 who have no family or connections in Esshar. Also to serve as a location for Holy Magic training outside the Church after the Academy arc finishes, continuing Sasha Branimir’s dream of training those outside the Church in Holy Magic.

Area Description: Constructed in [Year] by Lucas Alder and the residents of the Riverside Ryukyu, this building serves as a refuge for those orphaned by Esshar’s wars, as well as a place for new beginnings for young Magi entering the land from abroad.

Kept in trust by the hedge knight Lucas Alder and his students, the riverside manor house is known for offering training in the art of Holy Magic.

Characters Involved: Lucas Alder, Moa-Moa-Moa, Chaska Ljoss, Meira Caoihme, Dorongar Hedor, Julian Sodynym, Fleurosa, Leilah Argyris, Umbra Cysgol.

Map Progress / Plans: Not mapped yet, and looking for a mapper!

The map would be in the eastern part of the Tarian foothills across the river from the Riverside Ryukyu/Dragon Scale Inn, with hopefully a somewhat expanded overworld area there to make the area a bit more interesting since it'll have foot travel now.

Interested in a 2 or 3 story building with an architectural style similar to the Dragon Scale but smaller in its footprint in terms of width. Ideally there would be a ground floor room serving as a meeting area with either a lot of small apartments or a few large shared dorms for residents, two large upstairs apartments for the proprietor and a permanent tutor, and one or two basement rooms similar to what the Waystone has.

In the outside area there would be a bridge across the water to the inn, as well as a monument to several fallen friends and loved ones that the people at the inn wish to pay respects to (Fleurosa and I would be willing to pay extra for the memorial if it’s necessary to do so).

An outside farm area and a merchant stall might be nice additions too if possible, but the general design is to be a supplemental building to the inn next door, so people should tend to congregate there instead for food and tables.

Name of Establishment: New World Manor

Building Purpose: For myself and my posse to have a place to live at with our impending outlaw status coming soon.

Area Description: An old manor that was re-discovered and renovated in preparation for the world to shift and change. With a spacious garden at the front and many rooms for those involved it is the perfect home for villainy.

Characters Involved: Members of the New World Order which will remain anonymous (for obvious reason) but is around 10-15 in size.
Map Progress / Plans: Using the old Twilight Manor, except let's put the warper somewhere else people won't instantly find. I have an idea in mind which I'll share in DMs if this is approved.

Name of Establishment
: The Muscled Maiden
Building Purpose: A tavern, shop, headquarters, and living space.

Area DescriptionThe bustling sound of workers, sailors, and guests greet the ears of any Travelers entering the Vicinity. The first thing to catch the eye? The Muscled Maiden! A massive building of 3 stories tall housing both the Liable Society and Valkyr. A bit west, a dock house for extra living space. and the Very flagship of the Valkyr crew finds itself anchored for any who wish to embark.

Map Progress / Plans: 
The old tower near the quarry would be torn down, replaced with a small farm to supply the Maiden's tavern, as the main building would be placed a few tiles west of where the tower is. Near the water, a smaller dock house building and a dock, which will have the Valkyr anchored at the end.
