Describe the issue: Dirge of Humanity cambion racial still -100, not -50

Also, it still gives 15 Occult power instead of 10

How to reproduce:ive been told someone thinks it has been caused by the name having a wierd ó in it

So when i post or others in the chat it does not work
Other members deal with this too

Bonelance doesnt stun after using scarlet and the many other spells. It only stun when you skillshot dry. Meaning that not give you opportunity to combo.

How to reproduce: Be bone magi use your lance after skill. See as your opponent moves still without getting stunned. (tried against mobs and various other characters has no warcry or cleanse)

I think this one is a consequence of the stun immunity that you get after being stunned
Which isn't a bad thing it's just working ad intended if that's the case, it's more of a case of other skills being able to ignore it (looking at you, beams)

 Should be but it does it after other spells aswell wich is not stuns. Scarlet is root instead of stun though.

Scarlet Circle is a stun my dude; it doesn't let you use spells when it's cast
Which other spells do you notice doing this? You could be onto something, but we'll need some better examples

Describe the issue: Boomburst can effect your own Obelisks

Boom burst actually affects other players' obelisks too (with friendly fire off).

Trying to enchant something makes your inventory stuck open and can't be closed..

Consider giving Assassin's Shroud an actual sprite or glow effect, as it's currently pretty unfortunate visual downgrade from Umbral Cloak.

getting slayed often does some of:
1. leaves you down in the deathbox
2. teleports you to port fortune instead of the deathbox
3. gets rid of your right side UI leaving you unable to ticket

Describe the issue: Base Greater Half-Shift (The Big Green Wings) horn's are sadly still misaligned. Its so close, it can be changed!
