An Emissary of Mestra

An emissary of Mestra, this maternal figure embodies the whimsical and compassionate side of the Primordial of Creativity. Rumored to have once been an average Scintilate it is said that Mestra themselves acknowledged the woman's devotion upon her centenary and granted her a position amongst Their emissaries and muses. Herald of Their blessings, she used the Voice of Spring to bring fortune, love, and well wishes to mortals that sought out her aid.

A symbol of devotion, Hemera granted aid to those who show themselves dedicated to fighting against the fel arts within Meranthe and those who seek a creative boom. Those dedicated to Mestra are said to find themselves privy to gifts from the emissary to aid in their projects, their aspirations, and their adventures.
