Patch 2.4 Suggestion Thread

Patch 2.3 notes.

Patch 2.4 will include craftable herb pots for indoor farming, and also the admin ticket system outlined in the development direction thread. But here you can make suggestions here for anything else you'd like to see in the patch, whether it's spell content, crafting recipes, improvements or new systems!

If nothing else of my previous suggestions gets in, one thing I would definitely like to see is more regions; say for example when you enter the 'Baleford Bridge' region you get a cue that says 'Entering Baleford Bridge Region'. If you'd like to, you can then type /region to get a blurb on the fluff of the area, like we've seen with the previous Baleford and Starfall areas. This could be a cute way to modify the world -via text- to represent current circumstance; i.e. in wartime Baleford's blurb includes 'Heavy fortifications have been made on the bridge, and there is an increased presence of the Second Dawn', or in peacetime 'Merchant caravans frequently move over the bridge, bringing trade to Osrona'.

Filling the map with these regional cues would be nifty, I think.

Suggestion:

As a prior suggestion could Triple Threat RPB be considered for the idea that more conventional RP can take place. Like Drunks inside a tavern and or a battle that came about if an Achyon/Bandit/Fireblooded/Moxtli/Etc. Three out of the list whom have issues with one another could engage in a triple threat within the RPB guidelines. I think it would be a nice add. Since no one really...

I think an entire rework to the regions system so an admin can name areas / add and modify descriptions on the map would be good, and something more up to date with the current mechanics (being able to view which guild controls the area, f.ex). Something more modular rather than strictly a map editor thing nonetheless.

Suggestion:

I'm pretty sure it's something that's in the works, at least eventually, or perhaps not. But, Master Tier spells for every tree would be nice.

Also, maybe the option to slot your E spell/gem on a different slot?

This is unfortunately a lot more complicated than it should be with how spell cooldowns interact, but Nadrew mentioned that when stances were rewrote he designed it with a cooldown indicator in mind so we'll be including that in 2.4! Auras and E spells aren't as straightforward until how they're handled globally is reworked.

Suggestions:

Add a watering spell for Water tree that waters a 3x1 area for 50 energy for Farming. Similar to Nature tree growing plants for like 50 energy.

Add Pull back to Gravity

And...give Crimson reed some different uses. (I actually have some ideas of my own that involve that.

Add a fishing potion that lets you gain two fish for double the energy cost
