Please be careful if approaching, there's also suspciion that she holds a connection to the Dark Lord of Helheim. A witch.

Description: A white-haired male Felinae with variable eye colour. He is extremely dangerous with a weapon and able to stand toe-to-toe with a Radiant Knight. Wields Blood Magic as support, and is likely to be wearing a dark-coloured cloak with both an Axe and a Sword on his person.
Crime: Sedition. Assault. Resisting Arrest.
Suspected Location: Messaris. May also have fled to Myllenoris.

Name: Sythaeryn

Description: Serpentine eyes readily looking for prey, striking white hair freely falls from his head. His drakanite heritage is easily spotted out, two curved horns atop his head alongside the pair of leathery wings behind him, the left-wing marked with patches of scars from a previous wound. A master of magma magic and combined with his swordsmanship that goes hand-in-hand with his magic makes him a foe to be wary of. Caution is recommended to those that wish to pursue the bounty, be ever so wary.

Crime: Sedition, Murder, Assault on a 'Leader', Resisting Arrest.

Name: Unknown. Several Occultists, typically masked and in dark robes.

Description: Teraphim typically but also regular occultists. Not much is known other than foul magics and that they frequent the area near Baleford Bridge.

Crime: Attacking members of the Celestial Church of Osrona, they are a part of the same group that attempted sacrifice of an Alabastre citizen to spirits in Myllenoris' name. Use of Forbidden Magics. Heretical Worship.

Suspected Location: Confirmed that Myllenoris is harbouring them.

Exercise caution. They are to be brought in alive if able but if there is no other way dead. If alive, they will be given a chance to be cleansed of their foul magics and given a chance to start anew.

Occultists in question who are willing to hand themselves in with no violence are welcomed by the Church who will help guide them from the dark, narrow path they walk.

Description: A lithe Teraphim with white hair and white skin, albino eyes. Their appearance more androgynous but perhaps male. They use crystal, shadow, and unique Teraphim abilities. They're young, but strong.
 
Crime: Assault to a member of a major noble family, Aradia ven Pelleaux. Assault to Clergy members. Aiding Myllenoris in their efforts against Osrona. Heretical speak against the Faith, Osrona. Trespassing within Osronan territory, infiltrating the Petrakis castle.
 
Suspected Location: Myllenoris, however they linger too closely to Osrona-Alabastre borders.
