Whispers of a cult conducting magical experiments on sentient creature reach the ears of Meranthe. It is rumored that they're attempting to connect to the spirit realm and yet with inhumane actions no one assumes it's for good reasons. After proof of human sacrifices during these experiments were shown a bounty was given.  Ayame decided to claim such bounty for their own desire.
