A Hunters' Missive

[Lost In Thoughts]

With the recent expansion of the Princedom, more and more Hunters, clad in Purple and Orange, could be spotted in the Forests around the Princedom. Under the direction of the Lords of House Blackthorn they worked on driving the boars, wolves and other dangerous animals off to ensure they do not affect the people of the Princedom. Occasional upcoming Magical Beasts were hunted and driven off if they proved particularly agressive.
Occasionally, should they come across wanderers or other hunters, they handed them a piece of paper. The contents of said paper circulated quickly across the Lands.

A Missive by House Blackthorn

With the approaching end of Spring, and the beginning of the Summer soon after, many Magical Beasts leave their hiding spots and take to the roads and perhaps even cities. The last of their winter supply having been used up, many will attack travelers in pursuit of either sustenance or simply to sate their lust for Battle. 

Magi can commonly defend themselves against such a threat, but many Non-Magi lives are lost to them each year. 

Knowing this, House Blackthorn aims to put together a compendium of Magical Beasts. This Compendium will be used to assess the Situation and Hunt the Beasts.

For this, we are asking those that encounter these beasts in the Wild to Inform us of them. Should you have a beast to report, direct yourself to one of House Blackthorns Nobles, recognizable at their purple furred cloak.

Should you for whatever reason not be able to meet us in Person, you are invited to send a letter to Gregor Blackthorn with the Information instead.
