The Mighty and Strong Jotun stand united under one banner and under the guidance of Amier. It is here that you can thrive and find that any role is vital to the growth of our home. Together we strive for glory united as one Tribe.

Hierarchy
Jarl: This is the Chieftan, leader of Jotunheim, that has been chosen by the people. Their rule is final when it comes decisions that are made within the settlement. Jarl is expected to be of Jotun (Giant) descent and has awakened their blessing. Each Jarl comes with a different quality of leadership that may not be the same as the last, but ultimately, they are in this position to make the bigger decisions for everyone as a whole.

Hersir: This is the Commander of Jotunheim as well as the Jarl's right-hand man. They play the role of being militaristic leaders that have earned their stripes through combat and experience. They coordinate with the Drengr to ensure the strength of the Einherjar and evaluate those who seek to become Drengr in the future. The Hersir is held under a lot of scrutiny of the Jarl as undying loyalty, wit, and strength is needed to stand next to them.

Drengr: The Drengr can best be described as the captains who are seasoned warriors of the Einherjar. They actively train with the Einherjar and ensure their growth into fine warriors. Often with the Einherjar, they are proactively out on the field whether it be a raiding party or actively scouting the land for the enemy. They guide the warriors under their command and report any of their findings to either the Hersir or the Jarl.
Skald: These are individuals that you will find holding a significant role of the culture of the Giants. The speak of tales of the Giants from different clans and the History of Giants. More often than not, the Skald are Radiants, Priest, and figures that we go to in search of Wisdom. The Radiants of the Skald are held with high regards in a similar manner as the Hersir. While they are not as close as the Hersir, they opinion are often requested.
Karl: The Karl are not far from Commoners but often center their focus on craftsmanship. These are your Artificers and Alchemist. While many often pick from these occupations, they are often the ones that devote themselves to their craft and are crafters of some of the great tools that will support Jötunheim and the future to come.
Commoners: Lastly, we have the Commoners of Jötunheim. They are the lifeblood of the settlement. Giants and other citizen who seek to live their lives among their people. Among the Commoners are those who dream to become something more in the upper ranks, warriors, or even become ones who are devoted to their faith.

Military and Regulations
  • Warriors may be selected from a young age at thirteen, but they cannot partake in Raids, Scouting Missions, or Patrols until they are of the age of sixteen. The only time this rule will be amended is if the Hersir expresses an interest and recognizes one's ability for battle.
  • Magi's that express their power through the Occult will not be allowed within the Military operations. This poses a risk to those around you and your allies. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Observations will be made of those who join the Military and will be documented. Improvements will be made as things go. Training programs will be put into place actively to test abilities and there will be trial by combat for future promotions.
  • If there is a dispute among the people, they are welcome to settle their disputes in an honor dual that will be regulated by the Drengr. After the dual both parties will bow to one another and show respect. (Depending on the severity it can be pushed to Danger but majority of these disputes should be settled in an Aggressive)
  • While it is not enforced to worship Ymir/Amier, we have adopted some of the ways of the Sundered Enclave, worship of the Pantheon is welcomed. Further questions can be discussed, but absolutely there will be No Necromancy and No Witchcraft.
