A Final Cure

"Death is such a pitiful thing. I alone can treat this world."

Deep within the woods, at the very end of your life.
One in a fox mask approaches you, and offers you reprise.

An eternal cure to all that you suffer. A denial of death. A promise of success.
With nowhere left to go, how could you choose anything else?
A perfect life was promised.
You only need to trust the doctor.
You only need to trust the cure.

- The Maker's Seal -
Your life was logged down in a journal while your treatment was prepared. Runes were drawn across your skin, binding you to "The Patient's Code". Fear struck in the last days, but how could you turn back now?

The cure to all your ailments was right there. The prophet had promised it would work.

Your spirit was grasped, and forced into your body as the last breaths escaped you, and a necrotic soul as bound to your being.

And you woke up.

You are:
An Undead of no faction alignment, free to ally yourself as you please.
You retain some memories through a combination of your logged life, and your necromancer's attempts to bind your old spirit to your new soul.
You are expected to 'fight on the side of good', though how you interpret this is up to you.
Your loyalty to your necromancer is out of appreciation for your cure, which you view as perfect.
You are expected to use your undeath to further your never ending treatment, and grant the same 'gift' to others.
You are expected to hide your undeath, and engage in the 'masquerade.' Cities and human interaction are never discouraged.

Benefits:
180 RPL start
Undead Race
Provided gear, money, and potions
A unique perspective on undeath
