They are offered a deal of sorts in the form of letters containing details for a mysterious job.
The rumors say that these men are never seen or heard from again.

To those that investigate this rumor further towards it's source, find that there is one name closely attached to it. A demon, Bile. He is said to be recruiting spies, occultists, assassins, laborers, and all walks of degenerate life for unknown purposes.
