(posting this for later review for an event im running i guess!)
Event Preferences: I typically don't run events on request, I'd prefer to host them (spontaneously or otherwise)!
Other Notes: I like providing deep backstory in events and making sure everyone has a good time.
Are you currently running events, and if so, are you considering player requested events?: I'm currently not, though I'll reach out if I am interested.

Character Name:Milos Prithvi
Event: Midnight for Mitra Prithvi
Responsiveness: Yes! Often prewriting or writing on four characters, the narrative was always split between them well and made for efficient, effective storytelling!
Balance: PERFECT! the fights were tough, and it felt just like a bossfight should: moments of intensity, a tension throughout, and just enough pressure to get adrenalin pumping
Storytelling: I'm a little biased, as my character is tied to the story of the event, but it felt like an unraveling story that detailed events in a consistent way, with a narrative throughline that felt rewarding to see the climax of. This was all without a final 'big bad' at the end, so extra props for subversion!
Fairness: almost perfect. The dreamscape setting allowed us to act well out of our abilities, which helped as a majority of us were still on newer characters. Everything earned felt as though it had its place, and in the end balanced perfectly as they left the dream.
Comments: Very very fun! And everyone had a role, and a moment in the spotlight!

Character Name: Violet Aubreen
Event: Midnight for Mitra
Responsiveness: why do you have four characters actively responding all at the same time? do you like torturing yourself? it's very impressive that you pulled it off, especially as well as you did, but jeez louise show yourself a bit of mercy there's a reason most EM's only have 1-2 characters on scene before they start getting helpers
Storytelling: I really enjoyed the power fantasy of being able to say 'waiter, please give me transcendent step' and you simply obliging. I feel like the idea of a dream that shows the future of what people could be is a very good idea to give newer characters some goals. It was also just very fun running through Mitra's Various Trauma's.
Fairness: very fair except for the part where you shadow rushed me 10 times in a row and dropped me down to a sliver of hp. i'm violet breen so i got better but still

Character Name: Juniper
Event: Midnight for Mitra
Responsiveness: I have to agree with the poster above that you had a lot of moving parts that solely you were responsible for! I don't think it was necessarily to the detriment of your response time (you handled it very, very well) but it could be confusing for the players involved. I noticed that Sunflower was blending in to our group and that I often forgot he was supposed to dot first - standing separately from the players could help with this. I would also suggest pre-planning an outline of post cycles in your private event plan and considering at least 30 mins for each cycle when estimating how long an event will take. Complex events like this are super fun but they also come at the expense of time, and unfortunately by the tail end of the event I wasn't roleplaying at my best or engaging in the ways my character typically would because I was very fatigued (~7 hr event). I also got in trouble IRL for spending all night in the event which discourages me from engaging in future events unless they're very small and strictly timed, unfortunately
Storytelling: The storytelling was great! I loved that my character got to know more about Mitra through what was basically his mind's eye. Not only that, but you were very attentive to how this event can provide development for all characters involved, and made sure to make it worth their while with dev, items, and interesting gameplay alike. I agree with others that I like that the twist at the end was that there was no "big bad" but there was still a purpose for the trials we went through anyway.
Fairness: The fights seemed well-balanced and not overtuned but 5+ minute long verbs are really hard on my hands so I found I was struggling by the end of each round! Perhaps balancing them out with less HP but higher consequences for going down could be useful in the future, but I also understand that not everyone has this issue so it's probably more important to me than the average player. :)
Overall I had a great time and I commend your storytelling and the level of depth you put into this event! I am confident that this is a pivotal point in development for many of the characters involved and I love that you put a focus on that as DM.

It is, I, Penguin!
Event: Midnight for Mitra
Responsiveness: Very fast! 10/10, everything was quick and organic.
Balance: 10/10 Despite you P-Mashed my life out one time, all the encounters were pretty fun, thematic, and well-paced.
Storytelling: 20/10 I learned a lot about your character and the tale that I missed due to my hiatus. I really appreciate it. Every new scenario and plot twist brought fun and life to my night. Thank you.
Fairness: 10/10 I have to say that it was quite fair, and not only that, they tried their best to make it enjoyable for those that could have been left behind otherwise.
Keep doing an amazing job! o7

AxellionRune here!
Event: Midnight for Mitra
Responsiveness: Very fast! 10/10, everything was quick and organic.
Balance: 10/10 The encounters were fun. I bought some water spells and got downed twice! The powerups were a nice touch..
Storytelling: 10/10 I learned a lot about some lore that I was tangentially aware of, even if I never interacted with it..
Fairness: 10/10 I have to say that it was quite fair, and not only that, and balance was adjusted for us weaker members via the use of the dream-feather and power ups etc.

I fucking forgottoddothislikeaweek ago
Event: Midnight for Mitra
Responsiveness: Extremely quick, it was the response times of those present which may've held anything back. [ myself lol lmao ] 10/10 oh also you managed like 4 fucking pcs what the hell
Balance: 9.9/10 you lightspeed rushed me like 7 times consecutively but honestly I just should've dodged and blocked, good balancing.
Storytelling: 10/10 A lot of throwbacks to previous E4 lore, including events I was in personally, very cool to see them get brought up again.
Fairness: 10/10 With all of the new babies giving them cool powerups [ me included ] perfectly balanced things out against your monster-class EC. Rewards were also nice.
Very good event overall..

Event: Atrium of the White
Responsiveness: Things flowed pretty well, the event was public and mostly player driven but anytime we needed action from the DM it happened fast. Narrates were a good length and came quickly.
Balance: SUPER MASSIVE BLACK HOLE OF DEATH. That is to say it was pretty fun, It never felt unfair or anything.
Storytelling: It was great, a callback to an old character Varrach while still giving all of us fresh faces something to do and be involved in. I even had my own moment to Shine as Yi Su having scored the last hit on the EC. It was especially nice for me given my characters niche as an exorcist.
Fairness: Everything seemed fine to me, even those that were injured didn't get it too badly and Varrach at least from a spectators point of view seemed like they had a decent chance of breaking free and stopping the ritual. It really came down to the last fight between Varrach x Mitra.
I'm going on another Kynim event tomorrow funny enough so I'll probably be back here again soon!

Event: A Song's Landing Place
Responsiveness: We were never left waiting for long and the flow of the event went pretty well I'd say. We were in pretty much constant ooc contact with the DM and they maintained a light-hearted and friendly atmosphere.
Balance: When the DM knows you have D-palm things can get a little silly like having ten Swords of Heaven thrown at you at once. But even that aside it was pretty good. i never felt like i didn't have a chance and I enjoy a challenging fight.
Storytelling: I enjoyed the story of this one, a good mix of light hearted antics from spirits and even an inclusion of current events and how it was affecting the spirit world we were in. However the DM did force me to rhyme so that was quite harrowing.
Fairness: I think everyone ended up with something for their efforts and the DM was even willing to alter something for me to better fit my IC and actions in the event so that felt pretty good. We managed to complete out goal with the event as well.
Back to back Kynim events, they call me the 'last hitter'.
