The culture of Sirenia is not always kind, nor forgiving; even in the heart of their civilization, in New Atlantis, there are those who are less fortunate; the rejected, the destitute and the ill-fated. Left to fend for oneself due to either abandonment or death of a family, one may find it easy to fall into an unsavoury way of life, living off thievery and the like; worse yet, perhaps, are those who found themselves unable to fit in and accept the role they were allotted in society by the nature of their Water Spirit, driven to protect their right to determine their path in life from what might otherwise be a rigid, almost ironclad, rule of Atlantean society. The criminals, truly guilty of crimes, whose fate is to live their lives in exile, or simply the undesirables who have yet to truly prove themselves harmful about to be cast out would likely unable to even find a home amongst the many nomadic tribes amongst the ocean, a future almost as good as death...

And yet there is someone out there willing to give them a chance.

Mnemosyne, having repeatedly proven herself to Liveyal's Chosen, bearing the Trident of Galene, is undeniably a champion amongst her people. Reaching out to one particular Chosen who she had saved on a journey through Old Atlantis, she makes a simple request:

Those youths who you would cast out, those left without a family and clan forced to live off crime, the adventurous and rebellious spirits; direct them my way. They may yet find a better way in life.

Certainly, to government officials, it would be enticing indeed to be spared the trouble of having to sort the fates out of those already found undesirable and unfit amongst Atlantean society. A promise of a new start, however, does not come freely; whatever individuals sent Mnemosyne's way would have to be honed, given purpose and, most importantly, be given a new home.

Who are you?

• A Siren(no matter which: mermaid, anguill, selkie) born in New Atlantis, left with no family and clan to turn to.
  
• Not yet of age(between 13-17), the crueler fates have eluded you even when there was nobody looking out for you in the world.
  
• You were destined for exile, where you would likely struggle to find a home even amongst the nomadic tribes. With this adventure to Meranthe, you have been given a new start in life. What you make of it is up to you; though you will not be lacking in attention from the one who has extended this chance to you.
  

What do you get?

No RPL boost. However, upon reaching RPL 200, if proven worthy and loyal, you will get a special boon and be allowed to bond with your Water Spirit directly in Uraheim, and be blessed in the pure waters of the plane.
