And so would one wait many years for what they'd want. Patience, proven as a true virtue. But only so long will patience grace mortal men.
The family of Okabe, present and well within Delphina gather. At their head, Mars Okabe. A message sent to all of Delphina and The King Camino de Caewynn.

"A prior meeting had now comes to light. Spoken of in the past and now the time is present. A time to honor The Camino de Caewynn and to honor the passing of The Wheel. A public announcement most fitting I would say. You have done much and benefited Delphina greatly during your reign.

But that time is now over and you must step down for the next generations to prosper and forge their own paths. As The Heir, this is a public announcement: I am now the King of Delphina.

I would appreciate your blessings, Lord Camino. May this go as smoothly as I planned. And may we NOT repeat errors of old. I await your blessing.

Though if much time should pass before such is gifted, the proper changes will go on regardless. "

Positions amongst the throne are made, those loyal to The Okabe stand near his side. There was no more time to waste, initiative had been taken.

A man, who has known much of those he's served under. A man that has learned from the errors of Old and seeks to usher in the age of new. A conniving man.

A single day is given for response of Camino de Caewynn.

A single day given for a response- and a response offered, though perhaps not in the way that the Heir would have expected. Mere hours after the declaration from the Okabe, a different declaration would come, except this time, from the Elzaran Captain, Ria. Its meaning was clear, leaving no room for misunderstanding:

Mars Okabe, from that moment forward, was to be stripped of his titles of Heir and Lord-Commander by reason of treason, and was declared to be a traitor of the state.

Resistance was had to such a decree, Mars and many of his family standing in the way of the King's forces. Blood was spilled, coating Nemea's forests in a red tint that no one would have ever expected nor wanted. And yet, when the dust cleared and the chaos faded away, the result was clear- the Captain's trident, pinning the former Commander to the ground. A coup, thwarted, albeit not without significant sacrifice- whether physical or emotional.

Following a revelation after the conclusion of events, Mars calmly subjected himself to the will of the people, and he was gracefully executed at the hands of the Lumin King, Camino de Caewynn, following a prayer of his own and last rites under Nemea's watchful gaze. At the urge of the Former Commander's sister and the Captain herself, the remaining Okabe family members would be allowed to reside within Nemea's lands still, should they seem repentant hearing the words of their former Patriarch.

Following the execution, a power vacuum was left- one that was swiftly closed up as promotions were given out near immediately. They are as follows:

Luminary Sunsets over Moonlight was declared to be the new Heir to the throne.
Uranus Okabe was to be the new head of the Okabe family, and the title of 'Lady' that follows.
Captain Ria was declared to be the new Commander of the Elzara, and those that seek to discuss military matters are directed to her.
Leafblade Elouan Niall was declared to be the new Captain of the Elzara, replacing the current Commander's old position. Those interested in learning more about the Elzara or join their ranks should find him or the Commander.
The reign of the Lumin King would continue, until the Heir was ready to take the throne.

Additionally, all diplomatic agreements the former Lord-Commander had drafted in the previous five years have been declared null and void, and those who seek to renegotiate should seek out the Commander or the Lumin King himself.
This includes the cease-fire with Gloomlight.
However unlikely the same conclusion may come about, negotiations for this particular matter are, in fact, open.
If only to make up for the loss of decorum that such an event had brought about.
