Niemh was born in the icy expanses of Vdalion's northern territories. Fate, however, had other plans, leading her to a humble island in the southern reaches, where she grew up alongside her sister within an adoptive family. Hidden beneath the veneer of tranquility was a tumultuous past—Niemh's upbringing took place in the confines of a secretive cult. The circumstances of her arrival into this clandestine group are shrouded in mystery, a tale yet untold. A daring escape marked the beginning of a new chapter, leading her to Meranthe. In the ensuing decades, she emerged as a polymath, mastering the arts of craftsmanship, wayfinding, and diverse subjects, including the esoteric realm of summoning magic.


A child of unknown origin, left to the whims of fate, found an unexpected guardian in Niemh. Adopted at the tender age of six, you shared Niemh's lineage, a descendent of Mestra with latent Aether potential. Raised under careful scrutiny in secrecy, away from prying eyes, you experienced an unconventional upbringing. Your mother, often absent for days or weeks, returned bearing the treasures of knowledge and tales from distant lands. The bond formed was peculiar, as she offered guidance only when sought, allowing you to navigate life at your own pace. Niemh's love was expressed through silent support, a watchful eye, and an unwavering commitment to ensuring you felt cherished and free to choose your own path.


You are related to Niemh. You are a distant relative from her mother's side. A Nephilim Descendent. How she came to learn about you is a story for another time, however.
You were born around the late 2080s. You should probably spawn around 2099AC or 2100AC. Your life before being adopted is an unknown, something to be decided by you.
During the weeks your mother was away, you were looked after by a nanny.
You grew up hearing stories about the Ten Aspects. Mestra and Ualdir in particular.
You most likely know a thing or two about artificing. You probably received a lot of gifts from your mother growing up - gifts that she made. What you do with them is up to you.
When your mother wasn't away, she often took you on trips. You probably grew to appreciate the world around you.
Metaphysical magics are encouraged, but not a must. Light magic however is. Be it through Illusion, Holy or Cosmic.
She promised that on your eleventh birthday she would take you to the Citadel. Something about having family there.
She never told you in detail why she decided to raise you away from Meranthe. When asked, her answer was always the same, that she decided it on a whim.
