All it takes is opening someone's dms and saying, "Hey we are missing context on this" or "Would you care to elaborate more on this". That people aren't on discord isn't an excuse, I know for a fact everyone lives in discord (me included!)

Oh, we actually do this. If there's an enquiry and questions then that's what the PM system is also used for.

well but on thegame its offical. cause other admins can see your tickes while in pms over discord they cannot.  it also to keep a record of like who was approved. or deneidn so taht maybe 3 admins dont make a ticket for the same issue to tell em nope your deneied while he /she was told already on discord

Form is for classes, mentor, abilities, aether unlock. It basically has it all listed on the form itself.
Items, wonders and roles are all forums
