The HaTeD DM
#1
Key: HaTeD DM

Event Preferences: Anything I feel comfortable with! Just give me a rundown of what you're looking to do. Preferably parties of 5>/=

Contact Information: (optional) hated#6927

Anything Else: Long time player (2-3y), with my own attendee experience. Looking to give back to the playerbase and pick up some slack with the events. Quick adaptations, good with the numbers and archeotypes for Synopsi.

Key/Character: Suica Sweetsauce

Which Event: No more fire, Just Ice

Responsiveness (Were their narrations posted within a reasonable time-frame and were they quick to respond?): Very quick to respond and the narrations didn't take too long at all.

Balance (How entertaining were the battles, and any obstacles/traps?): Balanced out the battles quickly and effectively. The battles always felt fair and made them fun to fight in

Storytelling (Did it feel like an adventure, did the content of the narrations meet your expectations?): Did a very good job at creating a good and interesting story that didn't take too long to make.

Fairness (Were the punishments justified and earned, was the risk to reward ratio good?): Made sure punishments were fair and not ridiculously stupid (I had to roll for 6 injuries, but it was lowered to 4 due to kindness  Heart )

Overall: Very funny DM, made the story very entertaining and was very interactive with the players.

Any other comments: Keep up the good work, I hope you can DM another event for me again in the future : ) RIP Darroths PP

CHARACTER-Atlas Daromir

EVENT-Bjiel's quest for a refund (Or No more fire, Just Ice.)

RESPONSIVENESS- Great job always around and answering questions, good narration and narration time. 10/10

BALANCE- Solid set up for the battles, pretty cool with the build up to the bossfight 9/10

STORYTELLING- Excellent, gave great descriptions and was good at making the story make sense,  along with RP'ing the different enemies and such. 9/10

FAIRNESS- Pretty fair, Might bump up the rewards just a bit, just because for example this time we had at least 7 chances to fall in battle, which could result in a pretty good chance for a perm, and certainly a temp, (more of like increase reward amount, not the reward itself.) 7.5/10

OVERALL- 9/10 (rounded up from 8.875  because HaTeD is sexy <3) Great job helping the new players through it and making it fun and challenging, I would totally want you as a DM again, great job!

OTHER COMMENTS- that was great, RIP Darroth's PP

Event: No More Fire, Only Ice

Responsiveness:8/10
Balance: 6/10 Final boss fight felt easy, the use of AoE's in it made it annoying though
Storytelling:7/10 great storytelling, but I wish he went more into detail with the setting of the place, not just the characters
Fairness: 9/10 I got my ass kicked and he stole my weewee, I got some good loot for it though

Overall: 8/10, would be down to have him as a dm again

Which Event: no More fire only Ice

Responsiveness (Were their narrations posted within a reasonable time-frame and were they quick to respond?): His narrations are quick and good and quite detailed as well! Made for awesome logs for my dev 10/10.
Balance (How entertaining were the battles, and any obstacles/traps?): They were hella fun, until he used fucking TK and stunned me in aoes for like an hour. :unamused: otherwise everything was fun and very interesting. 9/10.
Storytelling (Did it feel like an adventure, did the content of the narrations meet your expectations?): I enjoyed the story, a little witch town, Blackwatch went in and killed everything there. Very cool. 10/10
Fairness (Were the punishments justified and earned, was the risk to reward ratio good?): Yeah, they were enjoyable. I love my perm. 10/10

Overall: 10/10

Any other comments: would recommend to anyone looking for a fun event.

Which Event: A Library Begins With a Single Tome

Responsiveness (Were their narrations posted within a reasonable time-frame and were they quick to respond?):10/10 Honestly? That was a fun time..even though i screamed through most of it
Balance (How entertaining were the battles, and any obstacles/traps?): 9/10 that was honestly? Good. Nice balancing and was actually a challenge instead of a slaughterfest
Storytelling (Did it feel like an adventure, did the content of the narrations meet your expectations?): 10/10 it felt like we were really on some separate island
Fairness (Were the punishments justified and earned, was the risk to reward ratio good?): 10/10 it was honestly? Really tasty. I loved it 100% of it as well

Overall: I love the co-dming thing going on Ava is going to be a great dm I feel it

Which Event: A Library Begins with a Single Tome (Along with Ava)

Responsiveness: Very reasonable for me.
Balance: Hated DMing. Pretty balanced. I enjoy those fights- The balance was fine and didn't take long to find the sweet spot.
Storytelling: It was fine. I personally had no attachment to it since I attended on a whim.
Fairness: Really, really fair! I prefer how things were handled during this event over others I've been on! Loot and injuries.

Overall: I will be in your DMs so you can be my DM ;3

Any other comments: I love you

Which Event: A Library Begins With a Single Tome

Responsiveness (Were their narrations posted within a reasonable time-frame and were they quick to respond?): 10/10, responses had no wait time. Pre-written mostly which was a very smart way of doing it.
Balance (How entertaining were the battles, and any obstacles/traps?): Felt very fair to me and when it wasn't adjustments were made on the fly.
Storytelling (Did it feel like an adventure, did the content of the narrations meet your expectations?): Yes, I loved this event.
Fairness (Were the punishments justified and earned, was the risk to reward ratio good?) No complaints.

Overall: I enjoyed there style and would go to them again for another round of pain.

Any other comments: Love you Hated.

Key/Character: Ryu
Which Event: No Country for Old Beasts
Responsiveness (Were their narrations posted within a reasonable time-frame and were they quick to respond?): It was improvised and done pretty quickly plus he talked with us in vc through the whole thing. I'd say it was well within reason.
Balance (How entertaining were the battles, and any obstacles/traps?): Very scary, I didn't realize being a kid made that much of a difference. I would say it was pretty intimidating but fun as well.
Storytelling (Did it feel like an adventure, did the content of the narrations meet your expectations?): It was a perfect story really, it fit with the lore and the npc responses were well thought out. It helped me pick another goal for my character and I love it.
Fairness (Were the punishments justified and earned, was the risk to reward ratio good?) Yes, we sucked, we deserved our punishments.

Overall: This was my first event and I liked it, I was expecting something else entirely.. this was amazing thank you for running this for us.

Any other comments: I can't wait for part two lol

Key/Character: The Supper/Lavinia
Which Event: No Country for Old Beasts

Responsiveness: 9/10 - Well prepared and improvisation parts were intriguing. Got slightly slow near the end and some people were getting mega sleepy.
Balance: 10/10 - Challenging fights and exciting too. Had a lot of fun getting beat and beating the EC's. I would complain about AoE spam but given it was the final boss, it seemed appropriate to be pretty hardcore.
Storytelling: 8/10 - Delivered what I want and I understand some lore isn't so readily accessible to you. Could have maybe been some more creative, specific lore that could directly affect the drakanite players of the events (the place of the occult, why is fire so important to them, demons and dragon relationships, etc.). But, that'd be in the territory of taking it a step further. Good job really.
Fairness: 10/10 - You clearly don't want to crush characters and are interested in developing them as much as you can. Doesn't mean there weren't risks and some characters got pegged, which is a testament to the fairness factor.

Overall: 9/10 - Very good DM. Extremely efficient with his method of using discord. Will refer to him for anything drakanite/dragon related.

Any other comments: I wanted a scale too :c
