 The covert deals between New Tannen officials and the Lord of Nanzonia finally come to an end once Niffty and Nanzo shake hands in front of the capital building binding a permanent agreement.
 

"I will bring security and prosperity to the lands of New Tannen. Those people who wish to remain are permitted to retain their land and equivalent military ranks. Past crimes committed against my people are to be pardoned for those that stay. For now, we are one, a unified force to ensure that the servants of The Lion never again dominates these lands."

 
The city has already been occupied by Iron Legion warriors, and stories abound that the demonic ruler has begun reorganizing the city's rules and remaining militia in order to create the locale as a city-state worthy of joining his empire. Monsters and shadow figures start to stroll around the streets.  There is much speculation on how the city will be reshaped.  

 
    

   

 The sun rises over the city that was once New Tannen, but now new banners adorn the government building bearing the image of a crescent moon and star. A man who had once been an elusive crafter at the Waystone stands atop a dais amid the circular benches of the public forums. His voice resonates out so that all in the crowd can hear the announcement regarding the recent change of who holds the reins.

• In a shocking revelation to the general populace the identity of an old student of Nanzo's is revealed. Noctis unmasked as she returns to the side of her teacher. A Vorso once more stood with the Mire's children.
  

• For his initiative and leadership displayed in the recent Galamean raid. Clare Adelman has been risen to the rank of Myrmidon and named warmaster in the efforts against the shadowed savanna's people.

Osrona’s war against the Ebonblooded, while seemingly one sided, has ended up with a clear picture cut out:
Once more, Osrona’s attempt to siege the Tarian Mountain range is fought back to its original position. The battle itself
 was engorged in blood and the tears of those who fought for their home, their way of life but most importantly: their Goddess, Naysien.

With the defense of the Coat currently secured, Lianne, the Dragon of Wrath and Winter and Naysien’s

⚙ In a shocking turn of events, Novus has revealed their long-standing alliance with Nanzonia and their intent to march alongside the nations of the East as a united front against the persecution of Osrona.

⚙ Soon after their first expansion, the city seeks to expand again to host the continued growing interest in Novus.

⚙ Novus has formed an official military. Those who seek to join The Vanguard should seek out Commanders Donovan Vorso, Emery Vorso, or Sol Vanrouge.

⚙ Despite its revoked status as a neutral nation, Novus still intends to host its charity gala in the coming years. Those with items they would like to bring to the auction for are encouraged to reach out to a member of the council. Profits will be divided 80% to the original owner and 20% to Novus.

⚙ Novus will begin formal lessons in their academy space for all types of knowledge. Masters in their magics or crafts are encouraged to reach out to the council if they are interested in teaching any number of subjects.

⚙ A funeral is in the planning for beloved Ambassador Taipan Lewra.  Details will be released in the coming days and it has been made known that due to their actions Osronan soldiers are now to be captured on sight. 

⚙ While their stance of outward neutrality has changed, internal neutrality remains within Novus. Citizens are welcome of any origin, religious belief, or magical practice as long as they intend no malice upon the city or its citizens. 

⚙ It is rumored that the council of four: Eris Vorso, Rozen Vorso, Vis Castus, and Clag Ossumear seek a fifth member to sit on the council as the city continues to grow and war approaches.

Affluent citizens from Novus and Promethia gather before the corrupted forests deep in the heartlands of Nanzonia wherein the Marquis Oznan and daughter of the Vorso family are married, solidifying the alliance between the two, and where news is revealed first to the loyal people before it reaches the world at large. In the speech following the wedding, the Marquis revealed his connection to the city of Osrona.
   
  

"Today I offer a binding name unto my wife, Krov Vorso, but also unto my city and citizens, but.. That begs the question, what bonds does this name hold?
 
When I initially returned to Esshar, my father gave me freedom to explore the world and form my own opinions. I journeyed from Osrona to Galamea, and my travels eventually brought me to Majin Okabe, who ironically rekindled a connection to the Grimmores as it had been in the past. The total decadence and impurity of Osrona, the deviation behind their light of hypocrisy, was first exposed by the House Grimmore.

  

It's only natural that the Montclaire family, the Grimmore's stalwart bannermen, should stand in opposition alongside them once more. My ancestor's insurrection gained the faith's support, but even though he reigned on the throne, Romani Montclaire was unable to hold the city. These failures are just one of many, because everyone has attempted to keep control of the stones rather than grind them to dust.

❀ Warriors of the tribe will now be selected from among apprentices, when they display feats strength, Shamans of the tribe will now be chosen by the Voice of the tribes. An apprentice to bring the Voice a piece of the enemy of their skill will be promoted to a warrior without question.

❀ Rumors of a large project travel among the streets of Moxtli, as construction resumes for the city's expansion. The words 'Spirit Forge' are used plenty.

Naysien’s Coat appears much more lively these days, with various Drakanites coming and 

going. The Ebonblooded’s numbers do not swell, but they maintain a steady constant.

⟐ Due to his victory in the recently held tournament, Ozias Vartuul was named Dragoon. In addition to this, he was given the chance to have a unique item created via the Dragonforge whenever he’s prepared.

⟐ Multiple Drakanites have shown outstanding promise in the most recent days. Therefore, it’s only logical for promotions to occur:

⚙ After assisting in founding the city and ruling it for the past few decades, Chancellor Eris Vorso has stepped down from her seat and given the position to Commander, Councilman, and Forgemaster Sol Vanrouge. For years of the transition the founder will sit upon the council as an advisor but there are rumors the council might be seeking reform to replace some older members with newer faces and ideals.

⚙ Novus continues to work on the expansion of the city, currently halted as they must switch construction companies to expand the Novus Learning Center.

⚙ After great efforts in the wars and his recruitments within the city, Mint Broxley has been promoted to Captain of the Vanguard. 

⚙ The first Novus auction came with massive success! The City of Progress raised 467,000 coins, 330,000 of which remained with the city for future expeditions, expansions, and projects.

⚙ The Novus Learning Center continues to frequently teach classes on a multitude of arts. For her efforts in constant lessons in a unique subject and the organization of classes and students, Krov Monteclaire has been named Headmistress of the Novus Learning Center. If there is a particular subject you would like to learn or teach the city encourages anyone to send a letter to Mrs. Monteclaire or a member of the council.

⚙ Novus continues to keep the aid of artificers on their numerous projects, the city working to finish their machitech generator as well as spearheading the disassembly, blueprinting, and mass production of transceivers. 

⚙ While the city continues to remain neutral regarding religious, magical, and personal beliefs they have begun to allow others to teach about their religions and their histories within the Novus Learning Center as a piece of important alternative knowledge. Anyone who wishes to speak must get the permission of the Headmistress or the Council.

⚙ After betraying the city and the word of their honor for an alliance, the Ebonblooded are now capture on sight. It is clear the Drakanite of the North are beyond honor or honesty and Novus intends to correct such misaction.
