Which Event: Sword of The Forsaken

Responsiveness (Were their narrations posted within a reasonable time-frame and were they quick to respond?): Buddy pumped out RPs very quickly and were as large or small as our group's input in each narration and plot point. Very efficient and it was good on time for us.

Balance (How entertaining were the battles, and any obstacles/traps?): This shit was fire. Playing around a set rotation/mechanic setup was very very fun and rewarding when I figured it out and did well in the fight. Making mistakes were very severe and put you on the ground incredibly quick, but even with lower health you could heal to full if you played correctly and used the moments of downtime in a rotation to recuperate.

Storytelling (Did it feel like an adventure, did the content of the narrations meet your expectations?): I entered the event as a backup for another character entirely that couldn't make it and I felt 100% included from beginning to end. The content and characterization of the narrates made everything feel very gloomy and interesting, with lore implications for a few interactions that I found really cool.

Fairness (Were the punishments justified and earned, was the risk to reward ratio good?): I didn't get any items personally because again, I was a stand-in and nothing really fit me, but the items that were on offer were outstanding with a lot of IC history behind them.

Which Event: Sword of the Forsaken!

Responsiveness: Fast pacing, we came in to do what needed to be done and came out with the narrations and events adjusting to what we did.

Balance: Super fun, made me laugh a lot while doing MMO raid callouts in voice chat. Best part of Ice's DMing by far.

Storytelling: Great lil adventure with a nice twist at the end (even if it was done by players tweaking).

Fairness: Very fair, I thought the injury table was kinda harsh at first but if you get a perm that's a skill issue tbh. Looks at Mal.

Overall: Very good out of very good. Would force this man to DM again.

Any other comments: I miss my father.

Which Event: Sword of the Forsaken

Responsiveness (Were their narrations posted within a reasonable time-frame and were they quick to respond?): Very responsive, and he narrated to let us know he was narrating. Very sugoi. The narrates weren't overly long which was pretty much fine with me given we all didn't want to be stuck in the event for 10+ hours. He also responded accordingly to what we each did and said, which was also nice.

Balance (How entertaining were the battles, and any obstacles/traps?): bro hit me with a double sfw and while i was low followed me to the top of the box and used shadow balls to kill me. Also bone spike icons kept disappearing for me so I couldn't see them, and died to them more than once. Other than that, the balance was difficult enough for the rewards he gave out; if you mis stepped or mistimed something you were SoL. I actually rarely go on events where the DMs don't pull their punches so it was refreshing to experience.

Storytelling (Did it feel like an adventure, did the content of the narrations meet your expectations?): There was no grand scheme, beyond the one we came into the event with. However it most certainly felt like an adventure and one where each person had their own personal thoughts on the end goal... And even my own personal IC thoughts on the end goal changed once I got there, simply DUE to IC.

Fairness (Were the punishments justified and earned, was the risk to reward ratio good?): Pretty fair! Bro included misc loot that any of us could take, which is always a nice bonus.

Overall: 9.5/10
