Address for the Bastion - Aphros

The Bastion of Aphros' soldiers are overdue a plethora of rank changes and promotions. Not only that, with the lack of Branch Captains, it has made control of deeper information harder to speak about. In the coming month or two, any Bastion members are to show up before the Castle on a mandatory recommended attendance.

A lot of the members have showcased they deserve higher positions and authority. This will be handled by Commander Monica Moore on the date of with more to be added onto!
