The Governing Authority of New Tannen

I, Mikhail pyr Docro, hereby certify the legal responsibility of writing this document, signed by all present representatives.

The Governor of New Tannen decrees:

Art. 1st. That the conflict with the party now known colloquially as ‘Novus’, has been peacefully resolved and all militaristic action against them is to be ceased immediately.

1. Restitutions for war costs will be paid by the members of Novus in the form of two chunks of raw and unworked arcanium.
   

Art. 2nd.  A new hierarchy is put into place amongst those of Novus, with Eris Vorso taking the helm, ideals of leadership are provided and expected of Novus’ internal infrastructure.

1. Eris Vorso will act as the speaking figurehead for the Novus faction in all official matters that require oversight and approval by the Governor.
   

Art. 3rd.  All of the names signed below hereby publicly acknowledge the imperial authority held by one, Mikhail pyr Docro, and recognize him as glorious leader.
