Industrialize the Beaches

The machinations of war brew once more in eastern Esshar. Amidst the sounds of soldiers, the people of New Tannen and Novus receive a missive from Sergeant Skyra of the New Tannen Defense Force. A call to arms on the civilian front, not with weapons but with tools. A solution for how the common man can help defend their home. It lies not within the destruction of enemies, but with construction on the beaches of New Tannen.

"People of New Tannen and Novus! Another savage civilization seeks to regress Esshar further away from Progress! Airships, the mighty machines of trade and warfare once roamed this fractured realm. Osrona let this technology slip away from them after backpedlling into feudalism, but we are not them! Together we shall build airdocks on our beaches, and regain the progress this land once had!"
