I can't fully recall but in some situations like walking into a city aren't you allowed to 2v1? Especially when it comes to a super strong PC like Xarxes. Obviously this is a ticket situation but walking into a city shouldn't become a 1v1 situation. If you're alone, you should be dog piled on, it just makes sense.
