Three possible fixes:
1) Have it so that once limit break ends, the charge goes all the way down to 0% instead of going a bit below 100%
2) Change invigorate so that the initial tick when you just quick press the button doesn't give any charge. That way, if you want to charge up? You'll have to hold, even if for a little.
3) Alternatively, could set invigorate up so that the first ticks are small, but get progressively bigger as you keep on charging. Not sure what kind of formula to use for that, but i'm personally inclined for the Fibonacci Sequence for the geek factor.
