Starlit Halo - Possibly shorten its range if it's not limit broken. As it stands, you can run away from it for as long as you want but you'd end up being chased across the entire RPB. Requiring that you focus entirely on running from it and even then, it's highly likely you'll get caught when you hit the RPB border.

Now Starlit Halo may not seem like a massive offender but when it catches you, you cannot cleanse out of it and attempting to dash / teleport out of it glitches you into being unable to move while outside of its radius. It functions as a homing version of Barrier that you can't even teleport out of, unlike the aforementioned signature, because of how it keeps you stuck.

Another solution would be make it cleansable, or another solution would be allowing a person to teleport / blink out of it without being stuck and incapable of moving until it goes away.
