Buff up its damage.
Now, hear me out- Long ago in E3, that move was nerfed damage wise because of the many sirenians who comboed it with water whip to deal lots of damage.
Now that water whip is no longer a basic move, you can't buy that combo for cheap anymore without investing heavily into water (Or invest into another tree to get the right combo piece).
With Steam being a magic that is barely used beyond dipping into mist form for an immunity? I think that can help boost up the tree's usage again
