The Azure Adventurer offers their help on behalf of Star's Shelter and his family in helping the research move along. While he may be busy with his own research, he is still willing to offer the financial support to complete the goal of fighting against the vampires one way or another.
"Sadly, I can't help with the research myself, but vampires are a scourge to Esshar and it's in Osrona's best interest to eradicate them. I can only hope that what starts with a remedy to vampire bites will end up as a cure to vampirism entirely."

With that, the drakanite aims to complete the goal by donating the whole target of 30'000 by himself, urging Osrona citizens to further aid the research in any way they can, and for their leaders to act in support of this research.
