Mind Fray doesn't apply -10% DR, if it does that needs to be removed because wow.
oh wait, essentially the exact same spell. i read that as 'The Exact Same Spell'. my bad.
with that said, i think you're underestimating -10% DR on someone. especially if you go something that buffs your own AP during it. 7 spell damage can hit for about 3k crits or so if i remember right as cee at around 310-320 power so.. yeah.
doesn't feel like it should be a hidden. maybe an intermediate though.
