I think Flameslide and Great Flame Wave could use a cost cut from 20 to 15. Fire proves more costly than Earth because of Earth's Intermediates being 15 across the board: Rockslide, Earthquake, Great Mud Slide etc.

This goes without saying Earth has access to it's plethora of really outstanding/passable specialization trees. Crystal, Metal, Sand, Nature, Bone.
