think of it like some sort of.. i do not know, checkup i guess? where a trauma-kitted perm nerf needs to be checked up by a Medic on a yearly or bi-yearly basis to maintain its perfect condition. i think this is would work well in making there be a constant flow of roleplay to medics, and it will stop people from feeling like... if they lose, and get injured? they aren't going to be able to improve.
I think a better idea would be having a pretty costly item that T1 alchemists can make that repairs a perm for a limited amount of time, so in the case of scheduled matchups like wars/raids it can be fixed at a decently steep cost. Could be all perms could be just one, something like a lax essence just for perms. Then likely has a cd on it or something to that effect.
