Spell Balance Suggestions

I get Smog costs 5 rpp more but it is infinitely better than Noxious Cloud.

Invul, long duration, lots of dmg.

Buff Noxious Cloud it's a sad and pitiful aoe... Smog has the best of both worlds right now.

noxious cloud really does suck. it'd probably be better as a gcde toggle that drains mana over time with the same effect it has right now.
or just buff its damage / duration
