Tragic word spreads from Viritas regarding the Manaball tournament, words exchanged between Yosuke Fujimoto and the Viceroy instead lead to a different course of action.
Clarification is granted that if citizens of Viritas wish to participate in the tournament and form their own team, they are free to do so, although Sable Zho himself will not be participating, and the deadline for doing so remains April 22nd.
