Applies to matters of government and not the general public.
- Once Nobility is given it cannot be rescinded from a family name unless a member of said family has committed high treason. Should a member of a noble house be sentenced to high treason the entire family line will lose nobility.
- Nobility may only be granted through hereditary inheritance, or through approval of the acting Monarch. Being of a noble house or the royal family does not give guaranteed inheritance of the crown.
- All promotions of rank must be signed off on by the acting monarch and at least one member of the court of advisors.
- At any point in a Government Meeting the Royal Court may come to an unanimous decision that they may lawfully replace the acting monarch. The monarch has zero vote in this matter and must cede leadership immediately upon a decision being made for who is named the new monarch by the Court.
- Being a ranked member of the government does not require being a magi or combatant (unless otherwise stated for a specific role). Their voices are equal in value.
- Biyearly meetings will be held between the court and monarch in order to determine future goals and check in on active projects.
- Matters of declarations of war or alliance must be agreed upon with the court and monarch in a majority vote.
- Matters of an execution of a prisoner must be agreed upon by the court and monarch in a majority vote.
- Matters of alliance with a foreign nation will be put to a majority vote in the court.
- Matters which are considered limited in time and require a quick decision by any member of the court or monarch have authority to do so. These cannot supersede the above mentioned situations outside of executing a prisoner if it is in the wilds in the heat of battle for a situation that justifies said action. Any decisions that have an objection after the fact by a member of the court may be brought up for review for future law creation or reprimand for said choice made and to establish a plan on how to rectify if the decision made comes to a majority vote as improper leadership.
