YOU ARE A HIDEMITSU SHINOBI        

                          YOU ARE:

You are a shinobi of any age or gender raised by shengese customs, you are either from the mountains of Xuefheng or former followers of the Shigenobu clan before Shiri Shi Shigenobu disbanded her faction and Shirin Shigenobu started her own. 

The Hidemitsus were the confused nobodies that either fleed after the Shigenobu lost their titles at Londo or the ones that followed the former Legate in his descent into madness, once a brilliant diplomat the one that was once the Legate of The Shigenobu would become a shinobi and spy wandering Meranthe with nothing but a small group of shinobi like you with him.

For a while your small group pretended to be merchants wandering Meranthe, your leader's frail body and sickness made most people ignore him making it easier for the man to guide your group of ragtag misfits to go almost anywhere collecting information for reasons that were never shared with you.

Most of you thought that following a crazy alcoholic mutated hobo would lead nowhere but somehow it did, funds were gathered and allies recruited for somewhere. But now you Shinobi are being summoned to follow that crazy hobo into a very mysterious and strange crusade, even if he seems somehow less crazy and stopped with the alcohol.

                                                 You will be provided:

 Lodging within a certain hidden village, access to both alchemists and artificers, access to people that can teach you forbidden knowledge, equipment, a job, and purpose will also be offered to you just like the chance to make a name for yourself and earn your own titles.
                                                What should you expect:

The Hidemitsus are loyal to each other but moved by greed and revenge, therefore they will always have your back and support you but they will expect that you look for ways to get more power be it the sword, politics, knowledge, or magic.

You were warned that to move to the growing hidden village is to risk yourself, but either by loyalty or greed, you decided to follow your leader. 
                                                     Background lore: 

You are either a former follower from Shiri Shigenobu who wandered Meranthe after she disbanded her faction, one of the few original shinobi who followed the former Legate after he left Londo or someone who joined the Hidemitsu clan interested in becoming a shinobi.

Previous customs were all abandoned, your leader and some of you have a deep hatred for the Shigenobu customs. Maybe you were some poor child or soldier who was affected by the nobles's choices or felt betrayed when the original clan was disbanded, either way, your leader made it clear that the only thing that matters is the Shinobi code developed by the Hidemitsu clan.

Foreigners that joined the clan either for their greed or to be trained to become a shinobi probably were taught to always follow the Shinobi code, your leader was clear that you are allowed to hate whoever you want or hate no one as long you follow the code.  Trust only the code and seek power to help your clan grow, that's all that matters.   
 
                                                  What can you expect?

If you are a fan of ninjas then this is probably for you, there is a chance that you get to assassinate people and sneak into places. We also plan to RP developing ninja tactics and traditions, my goal is just to bring ninjas since my IC ended up going that way by accident. (edit:mercenary work too.)

This clan is a cadet branch of a bigger clan, you will get all the politics RP that you want if that's your thing or you can just be a cute verb monkey ninja. All are welcome, I just want people to have fun and bring ninjas to Meranthe.

All shinobi get a nickname and a number, at least the ones from the Hidemitsu clan and you too will get one.

                                             Questions that were asked before:

Why Hidemitsu? Mitsuhide reference, since the Shigenobu clan had "Nobu" on it I thought that it would be interesting to reference one of the Nobunaga clan's rivals.

How active are you? You can trust me to be there whenever you need me, but 2025 has been hard for me. (But don't worry, you get a big group to RP with.)

What do you need me to be? All are welcome, while we have dual-crafters more are always welcome and fighters will be needed for a very special task. (Edit:We probably will need medics too, but you have to dev for it yourself.)

Do I start with anything? All we can offer are resources in the game, but we have people to teach you medicine, necromancy, and more.  

Is that all the lore: I have more but I can only show you after you get accepted.

What can I expect from you?: I mostly play support characters with fun gimmicks like The Man and Sirgurd, my RP skills are decent but I'm terrible at verbing.  (The one that you will be interacting with is Akaza Shigenobu/Aldorin.)
