I had recommended to chance that the Gala racials be unamnesiable to prevent having to make tickets for them a million times, I think Chance made the default Racials unamnesiable tho, and not the passives, which is what I meant.
Basically the bug is : Neph passives are lost and have to be ticketed for when you drink an amnesia

Describe the issue: Buy Make Cambion or Teach Occult Magic with Preview and you will be able to use it normally. Potentially dangerous to Nephilim Champion and Faith class!
How to reproduce: Just hit Preview and try it out.
