Describe the issue:
1. can't put props on the same tile as another prop
2. tiles sometimes act like there is a prop on them even after you delete it, meaning no prop can be placed on it at all anymore even after relogging (unsure yet if reboot fixes)
3. some props vanish underneath default non-prop decoration (layering option doesn't do anything)
How to reproduce:
1. place props
2. delete props and place props
3. place props, then place non-prop on top, order doesn't matter it's the same result

Describe the issue: Alchemist's UI tip for purchasing tiers is bugged with Nimble. It still lists a 2 point cost even though it only costs a single point. Just a UI bug.
How to reproduce: Buy Nimble, click on Alchemy, it says it will cost 2 points. Purchasing only costs a singular point in your pool.

Describe the issue: War Cry isn't cleansing debuffs, it just gives immunity to them contrary to its tooltip
How to reproduce:
Be debuffed (rooted, decayed, slowed, etc).
Use Warcry
Doesn't break the debuff.

Intentional, war cry only stop debuffs it does not cleanse them.
(Tooltip needs updated tho.)

Describe the issue: Summoned vines do not get slowed down by AoEs.
How to reproduce: Use something like Abyss Pool, you will find that summoned vines aren't slowed in the slightest as normal NPCs would be.

Describe the issue: The necromancer skill "enhance:" is currently bugged. Instead of bumping their rpl, t's increasing their battle level giving them a lot of extra stats they were not supposed to get.
How to reproduce: Use the skill in an undead and see how their stats go crazy.
